This App is licensed to you under the Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) set forth by Apple Inc., which you agreed to when downloading the App from the App Store.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• Use the App to infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share through the App. You represent that you have all necessary rights to such content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
• Management: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
